Ann JamesAnn offers specialist training and consultancy services in marketing, business development and sponsorship. She has worked with private and public bodies and professional associations and enabled them to become more effective through strategic input, one-to-one skills development and team training.
Her expertise is rooted in practical experience. She has managed a 2,000-seater conference venue, organised a range of events, and run a professional membership association. Ann has appointed, managed and motivated individuals and teams; operated within complex structures; initiated reviews of company working practices, and worked with groups and individuals during subsequent restructuring.
Her ‘hands-on’ experience is the foundation of her work with clients, and of the training that she offers as Course Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Ann has written and presented training materials in a number of specialist areas; appeared on video training films; contributed to marketing-related publications. She is also a qualified and experienced business coach, working principally with corporate clients at the world-renowned Henley Business School (formerly Henley Management College).
