Kursha Woodgate - Mexia Communications
Kursha Woodgate is Managing Director of Mexia Communications, a no-nonsense PR and marketing agency with a focus on the meetings and events sector. Kursha began life in the world of communications in 1992, working as an international trade journalist before moving into hi-tech PR with leading Argyll, now Kaizo, and subsequently became European Marcoms Director for award-winning global software company Synon.
Kursha moved into freelance consultancy in 1997, whilst living in Rome and then The Hague, before establishing Mexia Communications in January 2006 on her return to the UK.
Mexia’s client experience in the meetings and events sector includes Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool, Regus, The Mersey Partnership, The Right Solution, United Business Centres and the Co-operative Bank Henley Literary Festival.
A graduate of modern languages from Heriot-Watt University, Kursha holds the Professional Diploma in Marketing from the CIM and speaks French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
