After an extensive career in marketing and general management within the IT industry, Ray has combined this wealth of experience with two of his long-term interests - facilitation and personal computing - to create and develop the Crystal Interactive approach to large group collaboration.

Ray set up Crystal Interactive in 1993 and has been a pioneer in bringing relevant cutting-edge technology to workshops and conferences around the globe.
